Have These Ready
● Your documents: For general notarizations, have everything filled out and ready before I arrive. For a real estate closing or loan signing, I'll coordinate directly with your title company or lender and bring the loan package myself. Don't sign or date any signature fields ahead of time. I'll walk you through it when we're together.
● A valid government-issued photo ID: Current, and meeting Tennessee requirements.

Appointment Length
Most appointments run 10–20 minutes. Larger loan packages, estate planning documents, or multiple-signer appointments can take 30 minutes or longer.
